Company and manufacturing

About Dengtai Industry and Our Factory

Two manufacturing routes, with full-panel supply and factory fabrication for project orders.

Dengtai Industry is the English name we use for our business. We manufacture molded and pultruded FRP grating in China and supply full panels, cut pieces and clips. Zaoqiang County Jianxing FRP Co., Ltd. is our own factory.

Molded panels are made by laying glass fiber into a mold, adding resin, then curing and demolding. Pultruded bearing bars are made continuously and assembled with cross rods. Having both production routes lets us consider the grating structure, resin and fabrication together for your order.

Our range covers the molded and pultruded configurations in Tables 1 and 2 of JC/T 1026-2007. Choose the exact structure and dimensions on the product pages, then match the resin, surface and order documents to the project.

Our contact address is at the entrance to Beizhai Village, Jingxing Mining District, Shijiazhuang, Hebei, China. Call +86 15511879488 to discuss an order or arrange the production-site details before a factory visit.

Supply range

FRP Grating Products We Supply

These are selected supply configurations, in millimeters. Each panel size belongs to its stated thickness and mesh; the linked product tables give the full rows. Mesh figures here are center-to-center pitches, not clear openings.

ProductSupply details
Molded FRP grating Yellow, green, blue, gray and black, with custom colors on request. Core configurations run from 13 to 63 mm deep. Examples include 25 mm depth / 38 × 38 mm pitch / 1220 × 3660 mm panel; 38 mm depth / 38 × 38 mm pitch / 915 × 3050 or 1220 × 3660 mm panel; and 50 mm depth / 50 × 50 mm pitch / 1220 × 3660 or 1220 × 4000 mm panel. Full panels or factory-cut pieces are available.
Pultruded FRP grating Our 12 I, T and WT series cover nominal depths of 25, 38 and 50 mm: I25, I38, T38, WT38 and T50 families. For example, I38-50 has a 38 mm bar height, 15 mm top width, 30 mm bar pitch and nominal 50% open area. Panel width and bearing-bar length are made to order; cross-rod positions are specified separately.
Double-layer mini mesh The range covers 14–60 mm thickness and upper mesh pitches from 11 × 11 to 20 × 20 mm. A common double-layer combination is 19 × 19 mm upper mesh over 38 × 38 mm lower mesh. Configuration examples include a 25 mm / 19 × 19 mm upper-pitch panel at 1220 × 3660 mm, and a 30 mm / 11 × 11 mm upper-pitch panel at 1000 × 4000 mm.
Covered configurations Base grating with a cover layer, plus patterned and grit flat formats. State whether you need a covered mesh assembly or a separate flat plate, because the construction, overall thickness, connections and drainage differ. The actual combination is reviewed for the order.
Stair treads and covers Tell us whether you need a load-bearing grating tread or a walking-surface cover over an existing step. Tread width and depth, front nosing, support and fixing are specified together; platform-panel load data is not automatically a tread rating.
Clips and fabrication M and L clips for holding panels to supports, and C clips for adjacent panel joints. Galvanized and stainless steel options are matched to panel height, bar width and support detail. Full-panel supply, factory cutting, openings and requested resin edge sealing can be quoted together.

Buying routes

Supply Options for Different Purchasing Tasks

A full-panel order, a cut-piece project, a replacement panel and a panel-plus-clips order need different information. Start with the route that describes your purchase.

  • Full panels for site cutting or stock holding — Send the full-panel dimensions, configuration and number of panels you want. We supply the agreed panels; your team arranges the site cutting and fitting. Compare the purchased panel area with the finished area you need, and allow for cutting loss, offcuts, edge treatment and clips in your procurement plan. Check panel sizes and mesh definitions
  • Factory-cut pieces for a project layout — Send width × length and quantity for each piece, plus openings and any bearing direction. We can quote the finished pieces with requested resin edge sealing and fixings. Agree which dimensions control fit before cutting; several pieces with the same total area can have different cutting loss and prices. Prepare a factory cutting requirement
  • Replacement grating for an existing opening — Measure the opening, available bearing width, clear support span and panel depth, then describe the load and exposure. Photographs help explain the existing layout, but an old panel's appearance does not establish its resin or capacity. Compare the proposed replacement against the support and fixing arrangement, especially when changing from molded to pultruded grating. Compare molded and pultruded structures
  • Grating and clips in the same purchase — Send the panel configuration and the support section or fixing detail. M/L hold-down clips and C joint clips do different jobs. State whether your quantities cover panel supports, panel joints or both, and agree clip material and included hardware. An order for panels alone does not automatically include every fixing needed on site. Match clips to the panel and support

Full Panels or Factory-Cut Grating

We supply full panels for customers who prefer to fabricate on site, or finished pieces cut to the dimensions you send us. Include the piece sizes, quantities, openings and bearing direction in the same drawing or cut list. Specify resin edge sealing and clips when they are required.

A factory-cut piece can cost more per square meter than a full panel while changing how much panel area you need to buy and how much work remains on site. Compare the complete supply scope before deciding which route is better for your project.

The cut-piece dimensions are not the support span. Where an opening interrupts load-bearing bars, the remaining bars and support around the opening need review alongside the cut list. Our factory cutting and sealing guide explains the details to send.

How to Compare FRP Grating Supplier Quotes

When comparing FRP grating suppliers, give each supplier the same product and piece list. Ask them to identify the differences in any proposed alternative. A lower area price is only useful when you understand which configuration, quantity and services it buys.

  1. Check the geometry and support conditions. Compare thickness or bar section, bar width, center-to-center pitch, clear opening and panel dimensions. Two panels described as “38 mm grating” can have different structures and weights. For pultruded panels, mark the bearing direction. A weight figure or matching thickness does not establish the allowable load at your span.

  2. Match the resin and walking surface to the exposure. We review polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and phenolic options against the medium, concentration, temperature and project requirements. Color does not identify the resin. Compare the specified surface as well, and state any fire, smoke, anti-static or UV acceptance requirement separately. Our resin selection guide and surface options help you describe these conditions.

  3. Use the same area and fabrication basis. Distinguish full-panel purchase area, finished cut-piece area and installed coverage. Ask how cutting loss, openings and offcuts affect the quote, and whether cutting, drilling and requested edge sealing are included. Equal total square meters can still produce different fabrication costs when piece sizes or bearing directions change.

  4. Itemize the accessories and documents. Compare clip types, material, quantities and included hardware alongside the panels. State the documents and any additional testing the project needs. An existing sample report and a test commissioned for your exact order have different scopes; agree the applicable evidence and any separate costs.

  5. Compare the same delivery scope and time period. Keep packing and the quoted shipment basis consistent. Our usual production period is 15–30 calendar days from receipt of deposit; transit is additional. Compare a production-complete date with another production-complete date, rather than with a destination arrival estimate. The pricing and quotation guide explains the cost items to align.

If a quoted alternative changes the resin, structure, surface or panel split, ask what changes in installation and service suitability before accepting it. When you revise sizes, openings or quantities, send the changes together so the configuration, fabrication price and production schedule can be reviewed against the same requirement.

Quality and evidence

Quality Checks and Product Documents

Review what is checked before dispatch, what our existing report covers and which documents your order needs.

  • Routine appearance checks

Before dispatch, our usual appearance checks cover surface flatness, cracks and air holes. Tell us at inquiry stage if the order requires dimensional inspection, witnessed testing or other acceptance records, so the required scope can be agreed.

  • An independent report from our Jianxing factory

Report HZTC/BG-24051102 was issued by Hebei Haozheng Testing Services Co., Ltd. on May 17, 2024. It records appearance, Barcol hardness, water absorption, oxygen index, tensile strength and load testing of submitted samples. The model, thickness, mesh and resin are not specified, so applicability to your order needs review. The original Jianxing client name is retained.

Review our factory report and test scope
  • Documents matched to the order

Ask for the certificate of conformity and the reports relevant to your specified configuration. Additional testing can be arranged for project requirements; the test scope, timing and cost are agreed with the order.
