Factory contact

Who You Are Contacting

Dengtai Industry is the name used on this website. The operating company is registered in Hebei, China. Production is at the entrance to Beizhai Village, Jingxing Mining District, Shijiazhuang, Hebei, China.

Molded panels and pultruded bearing bars are made in house. Full panels, factory-cut pieces, openings and requested edge sealing are quoted together with M, L and C clips where needed.

Our own Jianxing factory is the client named in report HZTC/BG-24051102. We keep the original client name on the report so a buyer can check the document; the report's sample scope still has to be matched to your order.

  • Molded and pultruded production, with full panels or factory-cut pieces.
  • Standard specification range covers JC/T 1026-2007 Tables 1 and 2; the exact configuration is confirmed per order.
  • M, L and C clips in galvanized or stainless steel, matched to panel height and support.
  • FOB quotations, export packing and documents stated in the order quotation.

What happens next

What Happens After You Contact Us

The sequence is the same whether you use the form, email or WhatsApp. Timing depends on how complete the requirement is and whether a technical check is needed.

  1. Step 1

    Your message reaches the factory

The form, email and WhatsApp all reach the same sales contact. Include a reply address and the application.

  2. Step 2

    We read the requirement

We check the grating type, sizes, quantity and destination first. A general “best price” request cannot be priced without a configuration.

  3. Step 3

    We identify the gaps

If a support span, load, chemical exposure or drawing revision is missing, we ask for the value that changes the configuration.

  4. Step 4

    Configuration and quotation

The quote states the resin, surface, panel or cut sizes, clips, packing, trade term and what is not included.

  5. Step 5

    Sample or drawing approval

If the order needs a sample or an approved cut layout, that approval happens before production.

  6. Step 6

    Production and dispatch

Production normally starts when the deposit arrives and takes 15–30 calendar days. Shipping time is separate.

We do not publish a fixed reply-time promise. A complete first message is the most reliable way to shorten the exchange.

Useful first message

What to Send With Your First Message

A reply address and the application are enough to start. The rest improves the answer; nothing has to be complete before you write.

The minimum

  • A reply address. Email, phone or WhatsApp.
  • What the grating is for. Walkway, platform, trench cover, tree surround, stair tread or another use.
  • Sizes and quantity, if known. Panel or cut sizes, or a sketch.
  • Destination. Country or port.

If you do not know a technical value, write “unknown” rather than guessing.

What makes the quotation more accurate

  • Application and location. A walkway, platform, trench cover, tree surround, stair tread or another use, plus whether it is indoors, outdoors or over water.
  • Operating environment. Chemicals with concentration, temperature, salt or chlorine exposure, wash-down method and UV exposure.
  • Support and load. Support spacing, bearing direction, load type and value, and any deflection limit set by the project.
  • Structure and mesh. Molded, pultruded or mini mesh, with thickness, mesh pitch or bar section where already selected.
  • Resin system. Polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy or phenolic if specified; otherwise describe the environment and ask for a direction.
  • Walking surface. Concave, grit, covered, milled or anti-static requirement, and whether barefoot contact or wheel traffic applies.
  • Fabrication and fixings. Cut list, openings, edge sealing, M/L/C clips and whether the clips are galvanized or stainless steel.
  • Color and sample. Standard or custom color reference, and whether a physical sample has to be approved before production.
  • Documents. The standard, test report, inspection record or certificate your project requires, and when it is needed.
  • Packing and delivery. Destination country or port, trade term, packing preference and any target date for dispatch or arrival.

Drawing review

How to Send a Drawing We Can Quote From

A clear drawing is more useful than a long email. We need to see the piece, the support and which bars may be cut. PDF is preferred for review; DWG/DXF helps if the cut layout will be edited.

Factory-cut green mini mesh FRP panels with curved and rectangular openings
Factory-cut mini mesh panels with curved openings. The cut layout, support and piece marks are reviewed before fabrication.

What slows a quote down

  • “Not to scale” with no dimensions.
  • Mixing millimeters and inches.
  • An opening drawn without the support below it.
  • An old revision sent without saying what changed.
  • A photo without a ruler or overall dimension.

A drawing we can review without guessing

  • Units and scale. Give dimensions in millimeters and do not rely on the drawing scale alone.
  • Overall geometry. Length, width, panel thickness, mesh pitch or pultruded bar section.
  • Support layout. Support lines, spacing, bearing direction and any edge that is not continuously supported.
  • Openings. Position, size, corner radius and the distance from the opening to the nearest supported bar.
  • Piece marks. A unique mark, quantity and left/right pairs so the cut list and packing list can be reconciled.
  • Surface and color. Walking surface, color, and any anti-static, UV, fire or food-contact requirement that changes the material.
  • Edge treatment. Requested edge sealing, trim, exposed edges and how the piece will be fixed to the support.
  • Revision. Revision letter or date on the drawing and in the file name, with a note on what changed.

Send the drawing to jouth@frpgratingco.com. If the file is too large for the form, email it and include the panel type, quantity and destination in the message.

Before you order

Samples, Small Orders and Factory Visits

Check the material and the working relationship before committing to a production order.

Samples and small orders

A standard 3 × 3 cell sample is free; the customer pays freight. Custom samples are charged. Tell us the mesh, thickness, surface and color you want to inspect.

There is no fixed minimum order quantity. Small orders are reviewed with the cutting and freight cost against the actual quantity. The 500 m² customization guideline is an economic suggestion, not an MOQ.

Factory visits

Visits are by appointment. The published address is the production site at the entrance to Beizhai Village, Jingxing Mining District, Shijiazhuang, Hebei, China. Confirm before travelling so the site and the people you need are available.

  • Tell us the panel types and documents you want to review.
  • Bring the drawing or specification you want to discuss.
  • Say who will attend and the date you plan to arrive.
  • Ask for the current production address in writing before booking travel.

Read the pricing and quotation guide for what changes the price and what a quotation should state.

Quality and documents

Ask for the Evidence Your Project Needs

State the document requirement at the inquiry stage, not after production. The standard, configuration and acceptance criteria decide whether a report is applicable.

Existing factory report

Report HZTC/BG-24051102 was issued by Hebei Haozheng Testing Services Co., Ltd. on 17 May 2024. It records appearance, Barcol hardness, water absorption, oxygen index, tensile strength and load testing of submitted samples.

The report does not specify the model, thickness, mesh or resin, so its applicability to your order has to be reviewed.

Before dispatch

Routine appearance checks cover surface flatness, cracks and air holes. If your project requires dimensional inspection, witnessed testing or a specific record, state the standard, acceptance criteria and stage in the inquiry.

What to request

  • The standard and revision your project uses.
  • The configuration the report must cover.
  • Whether third-party inspection is required.
  • The document format and language.
  • When the document is needed.

Factory record

A Recorded Factory Order

One recorded export order was a solar walkway in Indonesia: 25 mm molded grating, 38 × 38 mm mesh, unsaturated polyester resin, yellow grit surface, 400 × 2000 mm pieces and M clips. The customer continued ordering after the first delivery.

This is a supply record, not a performance certificate. We do not have a site photograph, slip test or load calculation for that project on this page. Use it to judge the configuration we have handled, not as a guarantee for a different project.

Before you send

A Seven-Point Contact Checklist

You do not need every item. This is the information that most often changes the configuration or the quotation.

  • A reply address — Email is enough; phone or WhatsApp helps for a short exchange.
  • The application — Where the grating is used and what it has to support.
  • Sizes and quantity — Panel or cut sizes, quantity, or a drawing with the revision.
  • Environment — Chemicals, temperature, wash-down, salt, chlorine and UV exposure.
  • Support and load — Support spacing, bearing direction, load type and deflection limit.
  • Surface, color and clips — Walking surface, color, clip type and edge sealing.
  • Destination and documents — Country or port, trade term and the records the project needs.

Contact and Factory FAQ

Are you the manufacturer or a trading company?

Dengtai Industry manufactures molded panels and pultruded bearing bars in house. Our own Jianxing factory is the client named in the existing test report. Full panels, factory-cut pieces, clips and requested edge sealing are supplied within the agreed order scope.

How quickly will I receive a reply?

Messages are read during business hours, Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 UTC+8. A simple question can be answered directly; a quotation may need a technical check first. We do not publish a fixed reply-time promise, so include the application, sizes and destination to avoid an unnecessary round of questions.

Can I send a drawing or BOQ?

Yes. Attach a PDF, DWG/DXF or BOQ to the form, or email it. Keep the revision and units visible, show the support layout and openings, and mark the quantities. If the file is larger than about 10 MB, email it rather than using the form.

What if I do not know the resin, thickness or mesh?

Describe the application, the environment and the support span. Unknown values can be stated as unknown; we will identify the choices that need to be confirmed before a price is issued. Resin selection depends on the chemical, concentration, temperature and contact condition, not on color alone.

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no fixed MOQ. Small orders are reviewed with the cutting and freight costs. The suggestion to customize above 500 m² is an economic guideline, not a minimum order.

Can I get a sample?

A standard 3 × 3 cell sample is free; the customer pays freight. Custom samples are charged. State the mesh, thickness, surface and color you want to inspect, and give the delivery address.

Can I visit the factory?

Yes, by appointment. The published address is the production site at the entrance to Beizhai Village, Jingxing Mining District, Shijiazhuang, Hebei, China. Confirm the date and production site in writing before travelling so the site and the people you need are available.

What are the usual payment and production terms?

Normally 50% is paid in advance and the balance before shipment. Production usually takes 15–30 calendar days from receipt of the deposit. Shipping and arrival time are separate and depend on the destination and freight arrangement.

Do you quote FOB?

FOB is our usual quotation basis. The port, packing, documents and costs included are stated in the quotation. Import duties, local taxes and destination charges are not automatically included.

What documents can you provide?

The existing factory report HZTC/BG-24051102 is available for review, with its sample scope stated. Tell us which standard, report or inspection your project requires; we will confirm what can be issued for the order and what has to be arranged separately.

I have an existing order. Who should I contact?

Use email or WhatsApp with the PO or order number, the quantity received, and photos of the packing and affected pieces. That lets the issue be checked against the order rather than a general product question.

Do you have a price list?

There is no single price list because resin, thickness, mesh, surface, cutting, packing and destination change the price. Send the application, sizes and destination, or read the pricing guide before asking for a quote.

Can you supply cut pieces, clips and edge sealing together?

Yes. Send the cut list or drawing, the support detail and the clip requirement. M, L and C clips can be supplied in galvanized or stainless steel, and requested edge sealing is included in the agreed fabrication scope.
