Who we are

Dengtai Industry operates this website from Jingxing Mining District, Shijiazhuang, Hebei, China. For any privacy question, contact jouth@frpgratingco.com.

What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we may receive your name, work email, company name, telephone or WhatsApp number, project details, product requirements and any other information you choose to provide. If you attach a drawing, BOQ or specification document to an inquiry, we also receive that file.

We only ask for information needed to review a molded FRP grating requirement and prepare a quotation. Please do not send confidential material that is not needed for that purpose.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to respond to your request, review the product configuration, prepare quotations and communicate about a potential project. Correspondence needed to manage an active quotation or order may also be kept.

Inquiry processing

Website inquiry forms are processed through the form delivery service configured for this website, which transmits the submitted fields to our company inbox. That provider acts as a processor on our instruction. Do not submit information that is unnecessary for a product quotation.

Retention

Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to manage an active quotation or order, and afterwards only where record-keeping requirements or an ongoing commercial relationship require it.

International transfers

Because we operate from China and serve international projects, inquiry information may be processed outside the country where you are located. Submitting an inquiry through this website means you accept that transfer for the purpose of answering your request.

Your rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of the contact information you have submitted. We will review each request in accordance with applicable requirements and reply to the address the request came from.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new revision date.
